Design a custom video game
Learn the skills needed for teamwork
Put their creativity into action
Participants create their game using industry standard design software while infusing their creativity into the product from start to finish. Additionally, students will focus on their interpersonal skills through a variety of group activities including team building & self-esteem discussions led by the staff psychologist. At the end of the week, students will showcase their hard work and take home
a copy of their customized game.
Who Can Attend
High school students with learning or developmental disabilities have the opportunity to participate in Game Design Camp. All qualified student applicants will be interviewed by the College Living Experience staff and only 15 students will be accepted into the weeklong, day camp.

Creating a video game from concept stage to a finished product

Working with a team to organize, plan, and execute
