Pilates (all levels)
During these one hour sessions, the instructor guides you through your own individual Pilates program. By taking you through the various exercises on an individual level, we ensure you receive the focused attention you need
* For best results it's recommend you practice Pilates 3 to 4 times a week.

10 Session Package
30 minutes: $300. package of 10 sessions
60 minutes: $450. package of 10 sessions
60 minutes: duos $350. per person package of 10 sessions (client is responsible to bring friend)
60 minutes student session $250 high school, college, graduate school students ONLY
60 minutes session for seniors $350 per person (Senior rate 65 years and older)
